My wife and I along with our family and loyal staff have been serving the Cape Cod region some of the freshest, highest quality food in the fast food industry since 2014. You may call it “fast food” but we call it “fresh food”. A huge portion of our menu is prepared fresh daily in house. We use only the best cuts of meat for burgers, incredible char-grilled steak tips and chicken kabob and oven roasted beef sliced hot to order. We also offer a large variety of salads, subs and wraps. Our dough is made fresh every morning for pizza and pita bread, and sometimes even twice a day. Our service may be fast, but our food is of the freshest and highest quality.

If anyone is looking for an affordable way to cater an event, this is the place to go! The food is delicious and the staff is so helpful and accommodating. Antoinette was so wonderful to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our first event was rained out, but there was no problem at all changing the date with them. We have used them twice now…first for a wedding, and then a graduation party. The steak tips are so flavorful and cooked to perfection.The best we’ve ever had! The rice pilaf is delicious, the salads are so fresh, and the pita bread is freshly baked and so delicious! Even if you’re not catering an event, This is the place to go. You won’t regret it!

I love this place! Every time my family comes down to Yarmouth we make sure to stop by for a couple of meals. I get the Buffalo Chicken finger salad at least once as they add just the right amount of sauce and the batter on the chicken is not heavy or greasy. The calzones are stuffed with delicious ingredients and we are always taking home leftovers for the beach. I wish I could buy a dozen loaves of the bread they serve with the salads!

This was our 3rd visit to The One Roast Beef and it deserves more than 5 stars. The roast beef was so plentiful on the sandwich and sliced to perfection keeping it so tender. Then we tried your calzones and quite frankly to big to finish at one sitting. The crispy top is something we never experienced and it was the best we ever had. Since we could not finish them we reheated it next day in our toaster oven and it was perfect. I wish you were not 3 hours away from us because we would definitely be regulars. Next time we are at the cape we will visit you again.

I come here every week. Pizza is fire. The sauce is so good. The super beef is addicting. Their calzones dont look great in the pictures online but believe me they're good. The calzones can run you around $33 for a large but worth every penny and can feed a large family. I've only tried the steak so far for calzones but I'm going back today to try another

Honestly this was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The cheese went all the way to the crust, it was done in 15 mins and the crust was crunchy and delicious. Definitely recommend!
